Rebranding & Strategic Positioning - PTC Physiotherapy
The objective was to steer PTC Physiotherapy through a critical business pivot as they moved into a larger facility. Originally known as PTC Performance, the clinic needed to shed its 'athlete-only' aesthetic to better serve families and seniors while maintaining its core values.
The project acted as a strategic course correction following a DIY attempt using AI tools. We audited the initial concepts to demonstrate their technical limitations in signage and digital application, eventually guiding the client toward an aesthetic of "Professional Warmth". By simplifying complex symbolic concepts into a single, scalable logomark, we balanced clinical expertise with human connection.
The result is a trademark-ready identity system that respects the brand's faith-based roots through subtle, sophisticated design. With a refined colour palette of deep green, soft lemon, and warm clay, the brand now communicates compassionate, premium care across all physical and digital touchpoints.
