REMPLAN engaged Tigera to design a manufacturing profile for Regional Development Australia's Adelaide Hills, Fleurieu and Kangaroo Island region - a formal government report mapping the economic contribution of manufacturing across six local government areas. The audience spans government stakeholders, industry bodies, regional planners and funding decision-makers. It needed to hold authority in that room.

Challenge: 41 pages of almost entirely data - ABS figures, economic modelling, location quotient analyses, employment trend charts, output benchmarks and LGA-by-LGA breakdowns. More than 35 charts, figures and tables, each carrying different levels of complexity. No established creative direction - RDA had brand assets but no document template, so the visual system had to be built from scratch around content that was dense by nature and couldn't be simplified.

Solution: The curved RDA brand forms became structural elements across the document, anchoring chapter breaks and creating visual breathing room between data-heavy sections. Colour was used deliberately - dark green, lime and warm neutral - to signal section shifts and guide the reader through the report's sequence without making the data feel dressed up. Every chart and figure was treated as a design element in its own right. The result reads as credible government communication while staying accessible enough that a regional business owner and a federal stakeholder can both find what they need in it.
